ZenHub to GitHub Projects migration recipe

When Awesome Motive moved off ZenHub, I led the migration for the Thrive Themes team and wrote it up so the other product teams could follow.

Highlights

• Designed the board structure, cut redundant pipeline columns, and replaced a “Blocked” column with a field plus an automated sweep so an issue’s stage context survives being blocked.
• Rolled out a Product multi-select field across roughly 950 open issues with a scripted backfill from three signals and zero errors.
• Ran a ~530-issue retitle as a read-only dry run first, with a hosted explainer, so the change landed pre-announced.
• Wrote the migration recipe with scripts and a gotchas list, and gave a company lightning talk on it.
